About Us
BITE is a new burger establishment with one goal – to make some seriously good burgers using the best cuts of fresh prime beef.
We believe that there is demand for an authentic American-style
smash burger in the North of England, where focus on beef quality and flavour is the number one priority.
We keep it simple. To us, it is all about the beef.
Our beef is a unique combination of three prime cuts, freshly ground and mixed in a specific ratio with just the right fat content to bring out amazing, juicy, steak-like flavours.
We only use 100% all-natural aged beef with no preservatives or additives. Our beef is Aberdeen Angus, free-range & grass-fed. Our burgers are perfectly smashed to order, searing and locking in flavour and creating the perfect crust. A burger you can taste with every bite.
